87AM is looking for a digital Media Planner account associate to work on large, high-volume theatrical touring accounts out of our Chicago office. This person needs to be a digital client service rockstar, anticipating needs left and right and always maintaining an excellent relationship at all times. This person must be a "Type A Personality" capable of trafficking dozens of campaigns simultaneously, have excellent critical thinking skills, be able to assist with campaign coordination efforts, have exemplary written communication skills, and work seamlessly with all internal agency teams (media, accounts, creative, data/analytics, etc.) as well as with the our many clients.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Experience in digital media planning and buying, and Google AdWords.
· Experience in digital ad trafficking, ad serving, and media campaign reporting against digital media campaigns
· Proficiency Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEMO).
· Experience working for clients marketing ticketed events (or at least a passionate interest in live arts & entertainment)
· Excellent communication and time management skills under high-pressure situations both internally and externally
· Expertise in managing expectations against timelines and project delivery
· Up-to-date knowledge in digital media platforms and advertising programs, and eagerness to constantly use innovation in daily tasks and projects.
· Ability to increase potential earnings from the account with revenue-increasing initiatives and forward thinking

Skills & Experience Preferred:

· Working knowledge of MediaMind, AdRoll, DoubleClick, DSPs, and Facebook Ad Exchange, Search Retargeting and CPA campaigns
· Extensive experience with vendors across various digital platforms/publishers

· Understanding of and preferably previous experience working in web development, social media and content management
