?Bachelor's degree with 7-12 years of experience managing accounts in an agency setting;

?Demonstrated success managing digital teams, budgets and client accounts;

?Significant experience developing creative platforms, supporting digital experiences and engagement strategies;

?Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, thinking strategically while focusing simultaneously on tactics and execution detail;

?Process driven, solutions and results oriented;

?Experience with project management, content development, community management, paid digital advertising, analytics, user experience, web design and/or development prefered;

?Enjoys working with a cross-functional team to deliver award-winning work in an agency setting and maintains a solutions-oriented, collaborative attitude.
