RGM Group is looking for an outstanding Director of Sales with experience selling digital media solutions to agencies and clients in the New York area.

As a Director of Sales, you will use all of your professional experience to engage with leading agencies and clients. You will lead the sales effort throughout your region and help build business in a wide range of ad categories.
The ultimate goal is to secure advertising revenue by monetizing our clients advertising platforms.

We’re interested in meeting candidates who have deep relationships with agencies and clients, and can focus on relationship building, consultative selling and ultimately closing creative, collaborative deals.

Additional Responsibilities:

•Attain advertising sales revenue quota utilizing online advertising platforms for our clients’ annual budget and your team and personal sales plan.
•Acquire new business through various methods of prospecting (cold calling, networking, etc.)
•Follow industry trends and acting on such information, like monitoring competitive advertising data to cultivate business relationships.
•Work as a team with respective account managers to provide quality account management to advertiser clients.

Requirements:

•Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business sales (outside preferred).
•5 years’ experience in digital media sales.
•Proven success exceeding revenue goals.
•Minimum $3mm annual revenue production.
•Highly developed negotiation skills.
•Strong client management and time management skills.
•Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
•Bachelor's degree in business or related field (marketing, advertising or communications, etc.).
•Knowledge of media research helpful.
