Sourcebooks, an independent publishing house is looking for a dynamic communicator to join our innovative team in the role of Website Manager - Marketing. PutMeINTheStory.com is growing and has amazing opportunity. We’ve added a whole team to what was a new website just a year ago. We’re now adding another new position. At Put Me In The Story, we are committed to creating the best personalization experiences that touch, delight, and surprise our customers. The Website Manager’s role is to wholeheartedly communicate that strategic vision to our customers. The Website Manager - Marketing we’re looking for will:•Be a GREAT Storyteller! Exhibit a passion for the product and a desire to bring our books, characters and brand to life through great web pages, smart marketing programs and lively storytelling. The overall content of the site will wow our consumers and take them on an unforgettable journey.•Create a Smart Marketing Plan. You will manage the site merchandising calendar across seasonal promotions and new product offerings. You will have the opportunity to determine how to craft unique messaging and merchandising strategies to increase exposure across all marketing channels. •Analyze and be Creative. Identify opportunities (as we continue to grow) and create unique, innovative marketing solutions to improve customer engagement and drive revenue. Review Google Analytics and recommend changes to our strategy and plans based on what you discover. •Be an Entrepreneur. This is a fast-growing site with incredible potential. Commit to an idea with passion and enthusiasm, and know when to change gears and let the idea go. Never be afraid of an impossible idea or a challenge to overcome.
