This position plays an integral role in ad campaign implementation, maintenance and reporting for both print and digital ads. The Digital Production Associate reports to the Production Director. This person will collaborate with the Production Director to ensure all trafficking and reporting is managed in an efficient and timely fashion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage traffic for digital ads. This includes managing insertion orders, scheduling ads, and reporting of advertiser campaigns across company properties.
• Perform QA and troubleshoot live campaigns to ensure that campaigns are running smoothly.
• Provide screenshots of live campaigns to clients and maintain archive of screenshots.
• Generate campaign performance reports for clients, and schedule automated reports to clients and agencies.
• Assist sales with RFPs, including providing specs, inventory estimation, and forecasting.
• Assist in creating and maintaining print and digital production schedules.
• Create PDFs for multiple magazines and place ads in InDesign templates.

Qualifications:
• Must have experience with third party ad servers. We use DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), so direct DFP experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to manage tasks on a tight deadline and be able to handle multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of advertising campaign metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 2 years experience.
