ROLE PURPOSE
The Scheduling Coordinator of On-Air Marketing for will coordinating promotional assets to help execute marketing plans. The Scheduling Coordinator will support the overall brand strategy and help generate brand awareness by ensuring that all the priorities whether marketing, programming or digital are being efficiently promoted on air. This position will report to the Manager of On-Air Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee the daily log scheduling of all promotional elements for the emerging networks Cloo and Universal HD
-Ensure all elements are scheduled accurately and in a strategic manner
-Communicate across Production/Programming/Graphics/Network Operations for manners pertaining to emerging networks
-QC promos for Cloo, Universal HD, and USA
-Serve as point person on USA promo campaigns
-Create on-air marketing campaign trackers for USA
-Help prepare monthly production requests for Cloo, Universal HD, and USA
-Maintain promo library in Sintec
-Assign promo codes as needed
-Assist with trafficking barter spots across internal and external networks
-Run reports as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree
-Minimum of 1 year relevant experience - includes internship experience
-Strong attention to detail is a plus

-Promo scheduling experience a plus
