The head of sales will be responsible for driving the digital advertising sales revenue via acquiring and maintaining relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies, and third-party sales forces.

Skills/Qualifications: Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing

Key responsibilities include:
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new accounts.
• Developing advertising sales strategies to drive advertising revenue
• Driving B2B digital advertising sales and revenue through the establishment and maintenance of existing and new client base
• Identifying, develop and maintain relationships with key digital advertising networks and agencies in order to drive advertising sales and revenue
• Ensuring all digital advertising sales targets and KPIs are constantly met and exceeded
• Managing sales reporting and forecasting

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Extensive knowledge of the online advertising environment
• Minimum of five years working in a senior digital advertising sales role with proven success driving revenue and achieving digital advertising sales targets
• Demonstrated successful history of establishing and maintaining B2B accounts and sales
• A proven track record working with digital advertising networks and agents
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proactive approach to work with the ability to successfully multi-task
• Demonstrates sound judgment and strong analytical skills
• Technical Sills - Advanced skills pertaining to OpenX, Google Analytics
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision without compromising work performance
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced & creative environment
• Music/ entertainment/ gaming industry knowledge preferred but not essential
