Key Responsibilities:
Management & Moderation
Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social media platforms, including tweets, posts and discussions
Interacting with the community of clients, prospects, fans, and followers congregated around the MRM brand
On-going optimizations based on real-time learnings (e.g. time of day)
Maintain content calendar and scheduling posts
Using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and generate insights
Review and respond to user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand
Escalate user generated content, where appropriate, to internal and client stakeholders


Content Creation and Strategy
Writing posts and material for social media channels
Work with communications team to curate compelling content that will resonate with the audience
Basic design work to assure content is on brand and digestible
Coordinate with communications team to ensure that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives

Metrics and Reporting
Identifies and reports trends in usage and advises on potential opportunities
Monitors and measures the success of community engagement and provide reports for Communications Manager and executives.
Keeping up with social platform updates and changes, and educating the team

Training & Research
Develop and maintain community training resources, guidelines, and policies
Attend industry events and meet-ups in community

Requirements:
2 - 3 years community management experience, preferably with a public relations, advertising or social media agency
Degree in Journalism, Communications, English or equivalent
Intermediate graphic design skill
Extremely comfortable navigating around all major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn)
Proven record of creating and engaging social communities for a brand
