SUMMARY: The Print Production Assistant is the primary liaison between the internal design, shipping and copywriting teams for Wireless brands’ print production needs. He/she assists in coordinating the distribution of print materials, production schedules, specifications and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval while fulfilling other related roles of Contents editing, Layout designing, Inventory and Account management. Creativity, Timely delivery and Precision are important; Must handle multiple & conflicting priorities to meet deadlines and conform to production/freight/account/legal guidelines. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

1.Drafting/Layout Design entails high-level look & feel drafting based on product per its target.
2.Allocation/Distribution works with the internal Sales Team and assists in the distribution of collaterals for indirect channels.
3.Inventory Management triggers reorders of print items, maintains threshold for channel support and engages demand planning to ensure needed supply.
4.Account Management coordinates all print marketing needs requested by the Account, Sales team and/or Partners.
5.Administrative & Maintenance tasks (including but not limited to below listed);
•Update and Revise print materials on-going basis,
•Analyze & Research competitions and prepaid wireless market on-going basis
•Track all POs until its delivery/ verifies receipt
•Maintain Marketing department’s expenses on a monthly basis
•Prepare, submit, and file payment approvals
•On-going internal/external paperwork to accommodate the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.

•4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field required
•1-2 years of previous work experience required in any related fields
•Advanced knowledge required for Microsoft Office including Outlook, Image-editors such as Paint, Adobe Acrobat and mass email tools such as WorldMerge, iContact, etc.
•Solid knowledge of current products, offers and promotions
•Detail-driven, keen attention to accuracy and strong organizational skills
•Creative, energetic with Commitment to excellence and high standards
•Prompt, Self-motivated, Reliable, Quick-learning and Eager to learn at all times
•Good interpersonal skills to deal with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
•Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
•Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures
