You are an energetic, confident, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of project management success. Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure project planning, tracking, logging, revising and delivery is accountable.


Position Type:

Full-time in office Project Manager for sponsored music tour, corporate client events, sponsored music festivals and other “physical experiences.”


Job Description:

Responsibilities include forging successful partnerships with a time comprised of client services and creative developers, including day-to-day communication and management of timelines, budgets and plan summaries. It also includes closely tracking the submission and approval process. You will ensure milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and complete, and that the approved submissions maintain a high standard of brand integrity and compliance with client and company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
•Project manage the agency’s physical production experiences
•Supervise/procure:
•the needs of our clients
•creative teams to develop actionable and affordable experiences
•production and staffing to ensure a quality product is delivered within budget
•Provide updates on status of deliverables
•Explain project deliverables through presentations, diagrams and timelines
•Review milestones for compliance and routing to third parties

Job Requirements:

•College degree
•5+ years experience in event project management
•Enthusiastic, positive, team oriented, and organized
•Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve complex problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Practical experience in setting, guiding and evaluating multiple styles of production
•Understanding of client service, entertainment, etiquette, personal/business boundaries
•Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
•Strategic thinking with high attention to detail
•Ability to identify dependencies and disseminate information to staff and management
•Ability to create, maintain, and track comprehensive project schedules
•Ability to identify and resolve conflicts between budget, schedule and design goals
•Ability to identify and mitigate risks
•Ability to work under tight schedules and high-stress environment
•Knowledge of music industry and current artists helpful
•Knowledge of automotive industry helpful
•Solid knowledge of Central Desktop project management software
•Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp preferred
•Must be willing to spend several weeks traveling when necessary
•Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
