Job Description – Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing
Major men's magazine is currently seeking a seasoned integrated marketing professional to join the Integrated Marketing team. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing custom, multi-platform marketing programs that drive revenue for the company.

Responsibilities include:

•Responding to client RFPs, which includes ideation of custom programs that include print, digital, events, mobile, social media, and other sponsorship opportunities that deliver on advertisers objectives
•Proposal writing – must be able to seamlessly and effectively translate ideas from concept stage to finished proposal
•Support a national sales team by responding to RFPs, creating proactive custom programs, and driving growth across all advertising categories
•Lead brainstorming sessions with sales staff and marketing department aligning advertisers
•Meeting with clients as needed to pitch proposals and marketing concepts
•Execute all aspects of sold-through programs, including print, digital, events, mobile, added value and experiential marketing elements
•Oversee production and creation of marketing videos and sales presentations
•Leading a team of 2-3
•Creating program recaps to use as case studies
•Managing and working within established budgets per project


•6-7 years integrated marketing experience in the media/publishing industry and/or relevant experience
•Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
•Proven track record in creating and executing multi-platform marketing programs
•Team player who is meticulous, methodical, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
•A strong passion for Maxim, Inc.’s brand and subject matter
•College degree required
