Advertising Sales Coordinator
Opening in Santa Monica, CA for an Advertising and Sales Coordinator to support the Group Advertising Sales Director and be responsible for all tasks relating to, and in support of all corporate advertising sales efforts.Duties consist of daily administrative activities including responding to ''Requests for Proposals'' from clients/advertising agencies, preparing presentation materials, making travel arrangements, filing expense reports, updating and maintaining client contact database, answering phones, tracking monthly advertisements, attending and taking notes on internal meetings, filing and overall maintenance of the office. Assist with special projects as needed.The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication-both verbal and written-skills and be comfortable interfacing with individuals at all levels both internally and with clients. The environment is fast paced and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and provide excellent attention to detail and follow-up is essential. The ability to anticipate needs, explore options and be a strong troubleshooter is critical. Strong computer proficiency is a must; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce. Some experience in advertising and/or media is preferred -a college degree is required.
