Primary responsibilities:
•Develop projects from concept to completion, including presentations, creative promotions (mailers, booklets, etc), print and online advertising, infographics, event signage and support materials, digital communications, collateral materials, etc.
•Create high level concepts and oversee/execute design development with junior graphic designer
•Organize work priorities and coordinate with Traffic/Production Manager
•Work directly with CEO and the new business team in preparing presentations and materials for new pitches and campaigns, often working under tight deadlines
•Must have a great eye for color, layout, typography, composition, form and a thorough understanding of the design process
•Participate in brainstorming sessions
•Handle a high volume of work on various deadlines, while maintaining quality
•Work with outside vendors as needed

Skills required:
•Extensive design experience across all channels: print, web, mobile, etc.
•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design, Mac and standard Microsoft programs, including PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Flash and Prezi preferred.
•Strong communication and writing skills
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
•Extremely organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
•Attention to detail
•Ability to work within assigned budgets


•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
•A minimum of four years of work experience in agency or corporate environment
