Ability to think strategically but also roll up your sleeves and get things done.Demonstrated process oriented mindset and approach to marketing.Demonstrated strong analytical mindset and capability.Specific Marketing Experience.10+ years of software marketing experience to the enterprise (B2B).High dollar product with a long sales cycle and complex sales process.Product in the early stages of adoption (i.e., visionary, early adopter).Disruptive marketing experience – “changing how people think.”SaaS or cloud software is preferred. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.Strong written communication skills.Excellent people leadership and management skills. 5+ years as a manager.Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel as needed (North America and elsewhere) to achieve the goals.
