Do you have a passion for selling digital, custom, events, and more? Here is an opportunity to join an established leading technology brand as SC Magazine/ has an Account Executive position that’s just opened!

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage existing key accounts within a west coast territory and develop new business opportunities, with a particular focus on selling integrated digital, lead generation, custom solutions, and events. The successful applicant will build upon the current base of advertisers and prospects and help sell across the full SC Magazine portfolio. This position is located in New York City.

• 3 years experience of working in a media sales role that includes account management, telephone sales and face to face sales with a consultative approach
• Strong strategic sales pitch and negotiation skills
• Ability to help clients develop new integrated marketing opportunities
• Strong appreciation of clients business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to meet their challenges
• Outstanding personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of sr. client and agency contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability and desire to work within a close knit team
• Detail oriented and ability to work on own initiative
• Desire to work within an environment that balances the successful achievement of commercial goals with a fun professional atmosphere

Experience with integrated selling of online, lead generation and event products in addition to Agency and Client IT/Tech vertical experience a plus.

Education: College degree
Related Work Experience: 3+ years experience in Digital Media sales
Travel: Required
