Advertising Age is looking for an energetic, detailed Advertising Sales professional with excellent communication and project management skills to manage, build and diversify a sales territory. Must be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and adhere to multiple deadlines; develop client relationships as well as team relationships. This Senior Sales Executive must be innovative and creative in their approach and thrive in a fast-pace environment that is constantly evolving to fit the changing media landscape.

• Develop deep client relationships to be able to deliver specific customized solutions
• Experienced leader that thrives on building category business, networking and uncovering new revenue opportunities
• Ability to have strategic conversations with full spectrum of decision makers: from business leaders, to media directors & front line planners/buyers
• Ability to develop and execute business plans to reach and surpass defined revenue goals
• Confident networker who showcases their passion and enthusiasm for the Ad Age brand & at industry conferences & events
• Identify new categories of business
• Consultative sales approach to close business

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (e.g. social, mobile, ad tech and video)
• Organized, multi-tasker who thrives in fast paced environment
Incredible business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit to “own” your territory, business and clients
