The Media Supervisor, SEM/SEO is responsible for developing and executing performance based digital media campaigns within the agency successfully and efficiently. The primary responsibility will include SEM and SEO with the desire to learn digital display and paid social. She/he will guide and execute strategy across these campaigns, supervising a manager and associate manager on day-to-day maintenance. She/he will be responsible for managing integration across all client touch points and partners to ensure that our campaigns run cohesively.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Plan Strategy & Development
oWork with client lead to develop the strategic approach and recommendation process for planning and developing performance based media campaigns including SEM & SEO
oLead budget setting discussions to determine the optimal investment level and channel for achieving specific goals & objectives
oWork with appropriate media partners to identify industry trends and opportunities applicable to our clients
oDevelop comprehensive SEM recommendations, including building out target keywords and our optimization and message strategy

2.Implementation, Maintenance & Analysis
oLead team on flawless execution of all SEM & SEO recommendations
oClosely manage and report on budgets & performance of all campaigns
oManage regular client deliverables and communications (e.g. reports, keyword and copy recommendations, status updates)
oLead regular status calls & presentations with the larger team
oPrepare and present insightful reports including optimization recommendations and conclusions

3.Team Management
oTrain team members in the development of skills and efficient execution across SEM & SEO
oMentor team members with respect to presentation development, formats, and delivery of program impact and outcome
oShare campaign insights and learnings with the team and agency as a whole
oProven leadership skills and at least 2 years of management experience, experience managing a remote team a plus
Additional Responsibilities
•Ensure accuracy in all work on assigned clients
•Support senior team in management of additional clients and business development
•Demonstrated knowledge in all forms of media with which you have exposure
•Grow trust of assigned clients and identify opportunities to grow our business with assigned clients

Experience/Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree
•3+ years SEM & SEO experience at an agency, preferably in the healthcare/pharma vertical
•Experience planning, executing & managing SEM & SEO engagements; experience with digital display media and paid social campaigns a plus
•Ability to articulate media strategy and rationale for recommendations, both verbally and in presentation form
•Pharma/healthcare experience a plus
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
•Detail oriented, resourceful & self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proficient in Google AdWords and Bing Ads a must; experience with Facebook Advertising and DSP/trading desks a plus
•Experience utilizing all key analytics platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Omniture and WebTrends
•Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
