•Grow our brand through our various social media platforms—Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, and create engaging content on emerging platforms for our brand such as Reddit, Pinterest, and Tumblr.
•Monitor, listen, and engage with our readers (via answering comments, RTing, etc), in order to maintain an ongoing conversation with our audience.
•Create new socially-based campaigns and think proactively about establishing new content that is exclusive to our social channels, like we did with HotPic@Noon.
•Be able to monitor analytics and find out what works best and why while relaying that to the rest of the team.
•Monitor trends, and have ideas on how to capitalize on them for our audience.
•Come up with funny, engaging posts commenting on what’s going on in the world of pop culture, outside of pushing back to site content.
•Post throughout major events like the Oscars, Super Bowl, our own, incredible, Maxim parties.
•Needs to have strong writing skills, with a passion for avoiding grammatical errors.
