We are seeking an Executive Producer to join our Los Angeles team and work on an automotive client.As the Executive Integrated Producer, your primary task will be to lead a modern, world-class production group, capable of bringing to life the most innovative marketing executions imaginable.Through the course of your responsibilities you will:- Scope, budget and manage resources on convergent projects from concept to launch, with accountability and responsibility for creative quality, budget and value to client- Maintain an awareness of all ongoing projects- Participation in business development process- Manage Business Affairs, Broadcast Traffic, Digital, Art and Print Production departments and processes- Develop and foster relationships with the top production, editorial and music vendors worldwide- Jump in and produce a broadcast campaign when needed- Guide staffing and vendor decisions- Watch the bottom line- Elevate training and operations- Stay on top of the best work and trends, and share the Knowledge- Partner with creative leadership, creative technology and experience design- Provide leadership and mentorship within the department- Promote and maintain a collaborative atmosphere within the Mullen networkTo excel in this role you will thrive on being part of a team that is dedicated to The Work. - Four-year degree- 10+ years proven expertise in integrated production (including digital, print, and broadcast) - 8+ years Business Affairs experience- Extensive experience with EVP Cost Consultant- Positive, take-charge demeanor in an extremely fast-paced environment.- A good sense of humor. (Take your work seriously.
