Job responsibilities include:
Manage workflow of the creative department to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.

Project management with daily communication and collaboration between art directors, graphic designers, clients and vendors on all marketing collateral including: global print and online advertising, look books, direct mail, in-store signage, out-of-home, packaging, etc.

Assist with all phases of media planning including RFP creation and distribution, data collection, budgeting and execution of marketing plans.

Obtain thorough and accurate estimates from vendors to meet a project’s pre-determined specifications.

Liaise with vendors to oversee all image retouching, pre-press, ad trafficking and print production.
Establish and manage accurate timelines and deadlines.

Troubleshoot potential production problems as early as possible in the production workflow.

Develop presentations and prototypes for clients and creative pitches.

Maintain internal database and organization systems.

Being a true team player who is comfortable with and excels in an open boutique office environment.

Job Requirements:
4 years minimum agency, media and/or production experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.

In-depth knowledge of commonly used practices within the field of advertising and the desire/ability to stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and emerging marketing platforms.

Strong, time management skills.

Must be an expert user of MS Office software

Familiarity with Adobe CS, Adobe Acrobat, Keynote and video programs are a plus.

MAC literacy a plus.

Online and interactive media literacy a plus.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
