  • Lead creative sessions for project brainstorming and ideation

  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion

  • Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet business objectives and advance our brand strategy

  • Establish creative direction for the entire line of Pearl Media offerings and objectives

  • Manage, teach, supervise and inspire the creative team members

  • Work with different business department teams to develop concepts and ideas

  • Manage team members

  • Provide quality control over concepts and projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required; graduate degree preferred

  • At least 4 years management experience working in advertising, marketing, experiential

  • Proven track record with a well-rounded portfolio of distinct and innovate hands-on creative development

  • Clearly understands and communicates ideas, expresses concepts, provides feedback and explains revisions to team

  • Understands design trends, advertising principals, technology and the future of marketing communications

  • Team player that will collaborate with areas of clients' management or business units to leverage marketing opportunities for the clients' company growth

  • Willing and able to perform other functions as necessary or as assigned

  • Polished interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing, including presentation skills

  • Experience with building and maintaining client relationships

  • Flexible, open-minded and able to work in a dynamic environment

  • Has an understanding of interactive technology and interactive development

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals; Must understand Flash & HTML 5 and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions

  • Possess a strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, and creative process

  • Print, web, and experiential design capabilities: must know how to work in media for integrated campaigns

  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion

  • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash

  • Experience with Adobe AfterEffects, Maya & video editing (a plus) needed for this position

  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments

  • Doesn't mind traveling for work or client presentations

  • Must be a Team Player with Passion, Integrity, and Energy!
