The Managing Director will be responsible for:

1. Manage Key Accounts (across multiple time zones, including Canada) (45%)
a. Develop, build and maintain effective working relationships with senior level Clients to build long-term relationships
b. Develop strategies to better manage teams, including recommendations on how to allocate resources
c. Define annual KPIs and lead client performance evaluations
d. Proactively initiate business building ideas to best service the client’s interests/business needs
e. Constantly seek out opportunities and propose strategies for integrations across all facets of client’s business
f. Assist in Managing company resources on an individual basis and as part of the Management team
g. Oversee all client reporting and take the lead on presenting the information
h. Provide training, guidance and mentoring to various teams
i. Responsibility for growth and profitability of accounts
j. Ensure that all client goals and objectives are clearly defined and achieved

2. Client Metrics & Success (40%)
a. Develop strategy for using and presenting useful data to all of our clients
b. Explore opportunities to commoditize our data within the industry for benchmarking
c. Assist in communicating company’s value and company marketing messages
d. Provide recommendations and solutions on production and process issues
e. Help optimize company’s data and introduce new ways to provide benchmarking and data analytics to company to be shared with clients

3. New Business (5%)
a. Assist in preparation of proposals, pitches, presentations or other client-facing or potential new business interactions as well as negotiate fees
b. Attend industry networking conferences on company’s behalf

4. Participate in Management of the Company (10%)
a. Participate in the strategic direction of the company, address staffing, ensure our vision and culture is supported, provide input into marketing messaging, participate productively in weekly management team meetings

Knowledge of:
• Advertising and Marketing Industries, specifically production
• Metric, Data and Analytics
• Technology, Database, Data Analysis
• Must be able to use PowerPoint and Excel and function on his/her own
• International experience is a plus
