This is an exciting opportunity for a top-notch digital marketing guru to lead a team of marketing managers in creating winning programs for our advertisers.
The Marketing Director will work directly with multiple internal teams (sales, production operations and editorial) to develop, manage and execute multi-platform programs.

Responsibilities:
•Lead a team of marketing managers and work with internal teams to conceptualize and build compelling, cross-platform digital programs for our advertisers
•Streamline processes for developing, executing and delivering proposals
•Work closely with internal teams (production, editorial and operations) to ensure we are pitching the most effective solutions that both meet advertiser objectives and drive the maximum amount of revenue to our bottom line
•Continually develop new sales materials to support the digital sales team
•Create general presentations for each of our brands that will convey our unique value proposition and leave our clients with a deep understanding of product offerings.
•Attend client meetings when necessary to effectively communicate and present program offerings
Qualifications:

•Must be a creative thinker with solid knowledge the media business and deep understanding of client objectives
•Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Highly creative and strategic
•Strong written, verbal, design, organizational and presentation skills
•Must have 7+ years of experience in a digital or integrated marketing role
•Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop and other relevant programs a must
