We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with 3-5 years of Account Management experience in advertising brand, media and or technology organizations. Ideally, we’re searching for someone with proven success building strong client relationships, solid project management skills and an understanding of the print and digital environments.

Reporting into Account Director and ultimately the Sr. Director of Account Management. The Senior Account Manager manages a small team to work with our clients and staff to oversee marketing collateral as well as other projects for our clients. The Senior Account Manager must be able to multitask, prioritize workload and be an advocate on behalf of the client all while overseeing a small team of AMs. The person must be extremely detail oriented and be able to work independently.

Job duties
?Oversee the management of project details & coordination from start to completion
?Work with the relevant contact in-client to gather all information needed to prepare and understand the client briefing document.
?Evaluate briefs with the studio/creative team and develop a time plan and cost estimate for the client.
?Act as the main point of contact for queries from the studio/creative team.
?Work directly with the client’s marketing community, agencies and suppliers, ensuring that the creative quality and timing needs of each project are being met and exceeded, while also ensuring best practices are being adhered to for all creative design and financial governance.
?Ensure that all materials are being signed off at every stage by the key contacts and legal, and ensure that any detailed knowledge of brand guidelines, etc. are passed on to the studio/creative team and ensure correct supply of final materials.
?Responsible for managing the junior account managers.
?Ensures all work is billed and recorded following the client’s guidelines.
?Maintaining workflow systems
?Understanding of Marketing Resources Management tools. Tag has its own tool - Tag:cmd (Tag’s proprietary tracking system)
?Training the client on Tag:cmd
?Understand the process of yearly scope of work/ budget planning
?Conduct pricing exercises
?Develop & train Assistant Account Managers
?Maintain clear communication with clients at all times and manage client expectations

Job qualifications
¦ 3-5 years of experience in Account Management in advertising brand, media and or technology organizations
¦ Outstanding client services skills
¦ Excellent written and interpersonal skills

¦ Keen attention to details
¦ Motivate and lead a team
¦ Able to delegate and follow up

¦ BA Degree
¦ Agency / Media / Digital Media / Publishing experience
¦ Production / Marketing experience
¦ Knowledgeable of MS Office; proficient in Excel

Advantageous but not essential
