Training Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Training Project Manager to help create detailed project plans. If you can anticipate risk and use your experience, strategy and project management background to provide mitigation strategies, this is your chance to be a part of the Next Industrial Revolution with MakerBot.

As Training Project Manager, you will:
•Manage all aspects of a project from inception to implementation, including research, development, execution and documentation in order to support training
•Consistently monitor projects with tight deadlines and communicate status
•Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
•Prepare action plans, increase productivity and quality of work throughout the Training Team
•Communicate with various teams through MakerBot regarding educational events
•Assist in regular evaluation of workflow and facilitate improvements
•Engage team members and follow up on action items and potential blockers
•Create detailed project plans, documentation and report on progress
To be considered for the Training Project Manager, you need:
•1+ years experience managing training/education or other related projects
•Strong analytical skills with obsession for details
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
•Ability to plan, multi-task, and collaborate with many individuals/stakeholders required
•Proven track record of meeting project deadlines/deliverables with successful outcomes. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
•Motivated, self-starter with “can-do” attitude and the ability to grasp technical concepts
•High level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
•Experience managing people in a technical environment

•Teaching or Training experience
•Familiarity with 3D printing or MakerBot
