Your tasks
Random House Publisher Services seeks an Imprint Sales Manager to join their team. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the day-to-day relationship with client publishers and maximizing sales across all sales channels. Other responsibilities include, but aren_t limited to:

_Maintaining and enhancing the day-to-day relationship between client publishers and the RH Sales Divisions
_Reviewing sales targets with our client publishers
_Reviewing list positioning with publishers prior to presenting to the sales force and insuring selling materials are made available in time for rep sales calls
_Working with client publishers to maximize title promotions with wholesale and retail customers in all sales channels (bookstores, non-traditional retailers, special markets)
_Tracking title inventory and determining distribution, monitoring sales orders against goals and publishing priorities
_Responding to requests from sales representatives for title information, and title promotion opportunities

Our requirements
A minimum of 3 years in Publishing industry and Sales is required. Must have strong communication and presentation skills as well as excellent product knowledge/understanding of publishing functions. Must be a self-starter comfortable working independently in a high profile position. Candidate will also be analytical in nature and possess excellent decision making and computer skills.

Some travel required.
