Earth's Most Customer Centric Company is seeking an experienced International Vendor Manager to join our Customer Service Global Outsourcing team. This position will manage vendor relationships, drive operational excellence, negotiate contracts, and partner with Amazon teams to positively impact customer experience. The successful candidate will draw from previous work experience in contact center management, international vendor management, and corporate representation.

Responsibilities include:
Service Delivery - Vendor Governance, Relationship Management, Implementation/Project Management, Change Management, Operations Management
  • Procurement - Vendor Strategy, Business Requirement Scoping, Location Assessments, Request for Proposal Administration, Pricing Negotiation, Contract Negotiation, Contract Administration
  • Risk and Control - Security and Infrastructure, Legal, Tax, Financial Invoicing, Compliance Management, Business Continuity
  • Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 7+ years of relevant experience in customer service
    • Strong communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills
    • Strong technical and analytical aptitude
    • Demonstrated project management success
    • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Significant international travel required (roughly 30%)
    Prefered Qualifications:

    • MBA or Advanced Degree
    • COPC Coordinator Certification
    • Lean/Six Sigma experience
    • Strong business judgment
    • Experience managing a globally distributed team of customer care agents
    • Demonstrated global contract negotiation success
