The Food Network and Cooking Channel Advertising team is seeking an advertising coordinator to join their department.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Coordinate the planning and execution of consumer off channel advertising and promotion campaigns in support for brand, tune-in and talent driven initiatives –including but not limited to paid media, creative development, events, social media, and promotions/sweepstakes.
•Serve as a liaison with internal departments (Creative Services, PR, Digital, & On-Air etc.) to ensure that all media and promotional plans are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
•Assist with creative development of all off-channel advertising campaigns (TV, print, radio, outdoor, digital).
•Route marketing materials to key internal stakeholders for approval and ensure final delivery to media agency.
•Develop creative marketing materials and promotions for internal galleries and staff.
•Support and assist manager with the crafting RFPs, presentation decks, creative production timelines, marketing plans and status documents.
•Day to Day management of 20+ MM budget including monthly reconciliation and invoice processing.
•Responsible for various administrative duties in support of consumer marketing priorities, to include: vendor contracts, shipping, dubbing tapes.
•Identify opportunities for pro-social partner that align with Food Network/Cooking Channel priorities and leverage media spend.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience working in media, entertainment, cable and/or advertising (agency experience a plus).

Required Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

•Must be a self-starter and detail oriented while effectively managing multiple projects.
•Excellent oral and written communication.
•Must be able to meet set deadlines and work well under pressure.
•Knowledge of the digital media space (including social media) and new technology platforms (e.g. broadband, wireless, VOD) is a plus.

Some travel required.
