Job Description

Our editorial team works with our project teams to provide critical support for the strategy, planning and execution of integrated communications campaigns. Our campaign work includes all aspects of digital and print communication, including building custom websites, creating personalized print materials, video, social media and everything in between.

To play a key role in our success and our clients’ success, this roles serves as the primary copy editor/proofreader for all original print and online content—for Benz clients and Benz marketing projects. We need a pair of eagle eyes to focus solely on style, accuracy, grammar and consistency. We’re looking for the most exceptional, most talented, most passionate people out there.


Our ideal candidate has a background in journalism, communications, marketing or other relevant field, in addition to 5–7 years of professional copy editing/proofreading experience, preferably in a newsroom setting. Know the AP Stylebook by heart? You’re who we’re looking for!

You have exceptional writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills. You’re able to focus and thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. You’re inspired by the potential for employee communication to have a truly remarkable role in transforming people, our companies and our country. Additional Information

Most of our team is based in San Francisco, but we have people scattered around the country. Our preference is to find someone who lives in or wants to move to San Francisco, but the right person could live anywhere.
