Looking for a Network Administrator with 3+ years Microsoft Operating systems support and administration. The selected candidate will combine exceptional communications skills with excellent technical abilities in the areas of Exchange Server, Office 365, Active Directory, server virtualization and router and switching support. The selected candidate will also be responsible for providing level 2 support, maintenance and upgrade of a variety of Microsoft network infrastructure environments. This role contains a nice combination of technical challenge and people interaction, perfect for a person that loves both.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware, software and other network related problems
• Provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the local area networks and systems
• Perform general LAN/WAN administration
• Provide support for all LAN based applications, routers, firewalls and Ethernet technology
• Coordinate with all responsible users and sites to resolve network or system incidents
• Responsible for monitoring, tracking and evaluating IT Infrastructure incidents
• Support local architecture to include power distribution and support systems (HVAC/UPS)
• Proven customer service skills and willing to work in a team

Technical Skills:
• Strong Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating network systems and administration
• Strong Active Directory and Exchange experience
• Strong understanding of TCPIP and related protocols
• Strong knowledge in maintaining backup systems and strategies
• Experience working with Microsoft Office 365
• Experience administering and maintaining DHCP and DNS
• General understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP or EIGRP
• Working knowledge in switches, routers, wireless, and VPN technology
