Duties:
•Create strategic marketing campaigns and execute on them to drive interest and leads in key talent
oContribute to the dialogue of ideas that generate sales leads.
oBenchmark progress and reporting on metrics that provide insights and analysis into marketing content and lead generation.
•Develop strong internal and external relationships
oBecome a marketing expert for key talent and work with them to leverage content and opportunities that lead to potential sales
oBe an internal advocate for key talent that delivers useful assets and target information to sales force to accelerate the buying process
oDevelop content that translates across messaging platforms, social, email, print, web.
•Work with a team of marketing professionals to identify opportunities for lead generation and content creation and execute on special projects.
•Build a scalable infrastructure that helps to grow the business
oThis may involve building web presences, social presence, marketing databases, blogs, and other assets that are successfully repeatable.
•Manage various projects within the marketing department as needed.
•Other duties as assigned by the vice president, marketing or chief operating officer.

Qualifications:
oBachelors degree and 5-7 years marketing experience in increasing levels of responsibility
oExcellent marketing writing skills
oOutstanding presentation skills
oAlready demonstrated activity and expertise on multiple social media platforms
oAbility to create content quickly and on the fly
oAbility to write in multiple voices
oAbility to edit and incorporate criticism
oGood communication skills and problem solving skills
oGood project management skills
oAbility to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
oAbility to lead a project and work well with a team
oAbility to learn and seek out new information/trends/best practices
oAbility to work under extremely tight deadlines
oFlexible with last minute changes, displays grace under pressure
oStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships
oExtremely organized and detail oriented
