The primary responsibility is to support the marketing department in all aspects of lead generation, measurement, and administrative duties. This position will focus on day-to-day execution projects and analytics. Duties: Support database and e-mail marketing activities. Set up and schedule e-mail messages Become proficient with e-mail software Segment lists Track effectiveness, and create reports Write messages when necessary Execute CRM data maintenance projects as directed by Marketing Manager Additional tagging and segmentations Cleaning Pull lists as needed Manage lead distribution process Manage “leads” section in CRM Manage Marketing Email in box ensuring timely distribution of inquiries Manage Sales and Marketing Report Create reports out of CRM Execute marketing measurement projects Develop materials and engage in activities to support sales staff Generate call lists Assist with talent updates as needed Develop sales resources such as lists and one-sheets as directed Assist sales team with questions about finding resources Other Duties Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, mail, switchboard operator relief as needed and other various administrative duties as required Attend marketing events to assist with set-up, registration, and other logistics.
