The primary responsibility is to support the marketing department in all aspects of lead generation, measurement, and administrative duties. This position will focus on day-to-day execution projects and analytics.


Support database and e-mail marketing activities.
Set up and schedule e-mail messages
Become proficient with e-mail software
Segment lists
Track effectiveness, and create reports
Write messages when necessary
Execute CRM data maintenance projects as directed by Marketing Manager
Additional tagging and segmentations
Pull lists as needed
Manage lead distribution process
Manage “leads” section in CRM
Manage Marketing Email in box ensuring timely distribution of inquiries
Manage Sales and Marketing Report
Create reports out of CRM
Execute marketing measurement projects
Develop materials and engage in activities to support sales staff
Generate call lists
Assist with talent updates as needed
Develop sales resources such as lists and one-sheets as directed
Assist sales team with questions about finding resources

Other Duties
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, mail, switchboard operator relief as needed and other various administrative duties as required
Attend marketing events to assist with set-up, registration, and other logistics.
Act as a mentor to interns by regularly assigning projects and checking their work
Other duties as assigned by the COO and VP, Marketing and Creative Services


Bachelors degree and 1-2 years marketing experience
Good communication skills and problem solving skills
Good writing ability and capability for synthesizing information
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new technologies
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work under extremely tight deadlines
Extremely organized and detail oriented
