Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Image Producer to lead creative direction and shoot our new projects here at Trapeze. The focus is to create high quality digital experiences for all our existing and new clients.

Direct and execute the video/ photographic production for Trapeze and its external partners
Lead the conceptualization and development of visual direction and execution
Manage a production schedule that accounts for both recurring segments as well as spur-of-the-moment productions
Storyboard, shoot, communicate and edit the final product
Work with Project Management and Account Teams to identify creative assets that support upcoming campaigns
Collaborate with internal team of Designers, Copywriters and Creative Directors to achieve milestones on time and on budget
Know the Video technology space from Web to Software to Hardware
Develop web photography concepts and art direct photo shoots as needed
Strive to develop something new, from shooting styles to show concepts.


5+ years of relevant experience (working in an agency setting preferred)
Expert equipment knowledge (DSLR) and external formats (RED, 4K)
Strong demonstrated ability with cinematography and conceptual thinking
Self-directed and able lead your productions through all stages.
Post-Secondary Education in a digital media field or film (strongly preferred)
Portfolio with a variety of video and still photography samples
Expert ability of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) and/or Final Cut Pro
Able to articulate creative and aesthetic choices to team members
Strong oral and written communication in English
Great ability to manage small teams
