PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist sales team with all aspect of sales
Serve as the liaison between sales team, marketing, traffic, research
Assist with RFPs, marketing/multi-platform proposals and overall client services
Assist with the planning and execution of events
Responsible for tracking and circulating insertion orders with clients and internal departments
Assist with prospecting new leads
General administration duties (including mailings, client lists, databases, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree
Zero to two years media or ad agency experience based on management discretion.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point, databases and management systems.
Knowledge of the sales and marketing tools used in sales.
Basic understanding of the advertising industry.
Strong oral and written communication.
