We are looking for a dynamic Individual interested in being at the helm of organizing and managing all aspects of our photo shoot production. In this position you will work closely with the two Principals of the company to oversee and arrange all details of the photo shoots.

Job Responsibilities
•Manage and oversee all photo shoot production
•Prepare shoot estimates (most efficient and economical way)
•Generate photo shoot contracts for clients
•Source and hire Photo team, hair and make-up, stylists, and other crew members as needed
•Negotiate talent fees & contracts
•Understand usage terms, able to negotiate model bookings, generate model contracts
•Oversee photo equipment rentals
•Securing locations & hiring local producers if traveling
•Travel to all shoot locations and mange all on set operations
•Overseeing location scouts & local producers
•Secure travel arrangements for photo shoots, as well as clients meetings
•All company travel arrangements include: hotel, flights, care rental & car services
•Generate itineraries for staff, clients & crew; detailing all aspects of travel & photo shoots from beginning to end
•Maintain relationships with model agencies, artists agencies, production companies (keep updated information to be used throughout the season)
•Maintain Office files, ie: Client files, location files, and production company files
•Maintain an updated calendar at all times (keep track of all appointments)

Job Requirements
•4+ years of photo production experience
•Superb organizational and administrative skills
•Excellent communication and negotiating skills
•Excellent Multitasking skills
