Junior Retouching Account Manager
Responsibilities:- Manage major beauty, fashion and still life accounts for photographers and advertising/creative agencies.- Act as liaison between Client, Retouchers, Production Coordinator and Department Manager. - Facilitate and oversee each job from start to finish – estimating, production, quality control, invoicing.- Provide necessary information to Retouchers to complete images as requested by the Client within an established time frame and budget.- Act as creative quality control on behalf of Client, give direction and job details to Retouchers in an efficient manner to create a seamless workflow.- Provide exemplary customer service to every Client, new and existing. - Cultivate new client relationships and maintain close business relationships- Contact and meet with potential retouching clients to promote services, ranging from editorial fashion stories to advertising campaigns.- Assist and support the Senior Account Manager.Requirements:- 2+ years account management experience, preferably in retouching.- Strong communication and creative skills.- Must have a creative eye and ability to judge color accurately.- Must work well in a fun, fast paced, deadline driven, group environment.- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and possess solid organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationship development and project management.- Possess the ability to establish new relationships and accurately represent the Retouching Department; sales/marketing experience helpful- Experience in photo retouching industry; background in photography helpful.shootdigital is a New York City high-end retouching, cgi and digital photography studio servicing the beauty, fashion and advertising industries.
