The OPEN Digital Acquisition Team is focused on driving new Card Member growth through Site digital channels by delivering a best-in-class user experience across multiple devices (browser, tablet, mobile) and tools that will help support small businesses in addressing their evolving needs. This role will help develop and deliver online marketing efforts for the OPEN.com experience, working seamlessly with our Site Prospect Acquisition team. These site pages play a core role in explain the value of OPEN and the robust capabilities that come with OPEN card membership. It is a major focus of the OPEN Acquisition digital strategy and a large contributor in driving overall acquisition success. S/he will also lead developing a robust and evolving SEO (search engine optimization) strategy to drive relevance and ultimately enrollments through natural search.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of compelling strategy for open.com to help drive engagement with small business owners
• Management of cross-functional project teams, which include partners from AET, UXD, product management, and brand in development and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Leading SEO strategy for OPEN and work with key stakeholders to ensure implementation; this includes working with SEO agencies to manage keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, domain consolidation and content strategy
• Analysis of existing data to help inform strategy; track and report on site performance and SEO
• Working with partners to ensure site is compliant

Travel - 10%

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 5-7 years marketing and digital experience
• Technical expertise – knowledge of technology platforms, systems and capabilities with experience in driving technology projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate hurdles by coming up with innovative solutions
• Strategic thinking – understanding of industry trends and ability to apply them to drive business results and innovation
• Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and simultaneously drive and prioritize multiple complex projects
• Demonstrated success building relationships and ability to manage/ collaborate across cross functional teams
• Quantitative skills enabling the analysis of large amounts of data and creating actionable recommendations with measurable value
• Understanding of SEO
• Detail oriented with experience ensuring flawless execution in an environment with significant amounts of complex information
