Midsize, energetic downtown advertising agency specializing in book publishing is looking for a part time media coordinator. Duties include generating insertion orders, managing reports, data entry, and media research. Our ideal candidate has graduated or is attending college or graduate school, has mastered basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.), is amazingly organized, utterly detail minded, able to multitask, adept at prioritizing, setting and meeting deadlines and works well under pressure.
