We are currently seeking Marketing Project Manager – Temporary / Contractor to join our Footprint D3 team of professionals in Princeton, NJ. This assignment will begin immediately and can initially last up to 4 months, with the possibility of an extension!

This individual serves as an expert in all phases of BOTH traditional and digital marketing campaign lifecycle. They are our clients' primary point of contact for matters pertaining to active projects and is responsible for managing both internal and external (vendor) team workflow and task assignments.


Responsibilities:

•Quickly gain an understanding of our client’s industry, business and project objectives;
•Receive initial job requests; Develop scopes of work, schedules, estimates and budgets;
•Review the project scope (SOW) for accuracy, functionality, and ensure that it agrees with the clients business goals;
•Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines;
•Identify internal and external resources to fulfill project needs;
•Create, maintain and present project plans and other relevant project documentation;
•Create project status reports, client friendly schedule, milestone and deliverable progress materials for our clients;
•Manage internal and external team workflow and task assignments;
•Collaboration with teams to problem solve and execute project challenges while delivering high quality on time and on budget;
•Prepare and deliver campaign updates, reports, and presentations to all levels of a client's organization, in addition to regular project documentation such as schedules, status reports and technical documentation;
•Have a “can-do” attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations;
•Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions;
•Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confident demeanor;
•Ensure that correct production processes are employed and followed accordingly by the project team and department;
•Ensure flawless production, scheduling, resourcing, project management and technical implementation – including the management of internal teams and external partners;
•Keep abreast of industry trends by reviewing internet content and industry magazines and websites;
•Assist the department head with any additional projects as needed;


Requirements:

•Bachelors Degree preferred;
•4+ years experience as a project manager in an agency (marketing, digital, interactive, etc.) or similar client services environment – A MUST! (This is not an IT PM Role);
•Excellent oral and written communication skills;
•Ability to work with and manage external partners;
•Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail;
•Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests;
•Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities;
•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
•Demonstrate versatility, conviction, and a commitment to outstanding client service;
•Ability to represent our company at all times with professionalism and integrity;
•Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
