The Project Manager is responsible for all customer inquiries including (but not limited to) general purchase questions, order fulfillment, education, training and problem solving across all Cubify product lines.

Responsibilities:
Deals directly with customers by answering inbound emails and calls
Communicates progress, changes, and all issues to customers and appropriate internal departments in a timely manner
Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keeps records of customer interactions and cases; records details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
Master nuances of cubify.com online system and back office management software
Qualifications:
Education & Training:
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required

Experience:
At least one year of customer service and/or order entry experience required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of and ability to multi-task in fast paced customer-focused environment
Strong order entry, order management and administrative skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook); experience with 3D CAD a plus
The ability to interface effectively with external customers and at all levels internally
Strong problem solving skills and the determination to solve them in a timely manner
Experience with, and the desire to partake in, continuous improvement activities
Ability to work overtime as needed
