Business Operations Manager
Overview/Purpose:Condé Nast Marketing Solutions, a division of Condé Nast Media Group, creates exciting advertising programs for our client partners across the Condé Nast portfolio – in print, online, on mobile devices and at events – and we’re seeking a Business Operations Manager. Reporting into, and working directly with, the Senior Director, Client Services and Business Operations, this role will have the opportunity to work across the 100+ member Marketing Solutions team to create and maintain accurate business analysis and intelligence, maintain and enhance the current time tracking software as well as the intelligence mined from it, assist with facilitating operational improvements, and help ensure that processes continue to meet the evolving needs of this dynamic organization. This is a brand new role for the group, and we’re looking for candidates who are excited at the prospect of creating this new role, collaborating to define their success, and helping to take the Marketing Solutions team to its next level of success. ?Primary Responsibilities:- Manage and execute business intelligence reporting and analysis- Serve as General Manager for the time tracking and reporting software used x-Marketing Solutions> Ensure x-team compliance, employee maintenance, system maintenance and improvement, and reporting> Identify potential system enhancements and manage on-time completion of feature updates- Assist with both the analysis of existing processes and software, and the implementation of process improvements and software enhancements/new softwareRequirements:This is a junior-to-intermediate level role.
