Job Description:
Our client - a Global digital media company in Miami - is looking for a Bilingual Media Coordinator with excellent research and analytical skills to join their team.

***Only candidates who are fully bilingual (English/Spanish) will be considered***

Specific duties will include:
·Manage independently the day-to-day questions and projects with little guidance from senior team
·Show expertise of media research companies, their data, and their systems. Maximize their use, mine data towards optimal strategic media intelligence and able to apply this knowledge to media planning and investment discussions
·Identify training needs areas and coordinate the activities of analysts with training (generally project-driven) and coordinated vendor training. Also provide vendor with end-user feedback to assist in the development of training and support materials
·Lead and contribute to team projects. Direct research team, planners, and buyers in using a various syndicated resources and proprietary studies. Assist in gathering and formatting data for special reports and analyses. Develop direct analyses.
·Outline and write reports and POVs, and analyze data as directed. Write and distribute how research or systems can help strategy. Inform teams of (and direct them to) research resource/system support materials on internal channels.
·Develop relationships with media research vendors and other SMG departments (including other research teams as well as non-research teams such as planning, investment teams, and HES colleges)
·Proactively offer recommendations to enhance internal and external systems and processes – with vendors, starting projects, drawing senior management attention to key issues, new initiatives, ideas
·Talk to clients, manage the answers to client questions, and handle client presentations

Required Skills
·3+ years of media research or related work. Experience can also come from vendors, other agencies, media companies – but experience in media and consumer research capacity is a must.
·Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, or communications.
·Strong PC skills with high proficiency on media research systems (comScore, IBOPE Media, Nielsen, TGI) email, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
·Proficiency on statistics software and systems like a SPSS, SAS, Excel
·Proven aptitude to be analytical and detail oriented. Shows reasonable knowledge of math and enjoys working with numbers.
·Strong listening skills, can retain information, and be able to apply training to experience.
·Evident aptitude to manage stress, solve problems and multi-task.
·Evident business communication abilities - good writing skills (daily business emails, formal communication like POVs/reports/presentations, project management documentation/FAQs) and presentation skills. Also meeting skills (preplanning, during, follow ups)
·Hardworking with dedication to completing projects, relentless pursuit of excellence & commitment to continual learning
·Strong leadership and management skills and demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
·Bilingual (Spanish & English) working ability a must
·Aptitude to develop good business communication skills and meeting skills
