WatchTime, America's no. 1 luxury watch magazine, is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. We are the leading magazine of its kind, serving more than 500,000 very affluent readers every month on all media channels. The Digital Sales Associate will help us reach out to new advertising clients in several luxury markets, with a focus on selling digital ads, newsletters, lead marketing, social media, video ads, native advertising and content marketing. We have created this new position to meet the increasing demands of the luxury market for digital sales solutions. We are a small team of motivated experts who value a flexible approach to job duties in combination with a can-do attitude.

Position Summary:

This position reports to our sales director to support the company's digital sales strategies. You should know the luxury market and be able to expand our business into new segments while maintaining relationships with existing advertising clients. You will create intelligence reports, client analysis, revenue forecasts and will execute the sales strategy even under intense deadline pressure. You will attend workshops, meetings, conventions and seminars in North America and overseas. The job requires creativity, a flexible approach towards campaign concepts and the willingness to understand our clients' complex media strategies.
Sells advertising space in the following product lines:

- website advertisements
- website sponsored content and native ads
- newsletters and lead marketing
- social media
- video ads

Job Specifications:

-Up to 3 years of related experience
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
-Proven experience selling online ads, newsletters, content marketing and social media
-Knowledge of analysis and ad metrics such as Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Adtech
- Technical skills: Mac OS, Microsoft Office, online ad systems, social media, Photoshop or similar software, basic html knowledge
-Experience in managing RFPs, client negotiations and proposals
-Strong time management skills, must meet all deadlines set by clients
-Very strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent presentation skills
-Willingness to work independently to establish own client base
-Experience in working with luxury clients is a plus

Job Package:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Base salary plus attractive bonus (quarterly, yearly). Includes company health care benefits, IRA plan, TransitChek, Life Insurance, Long-term disability coverage. Attractive vacation plan including paid personal and sick days included.
