Compensation: $30k starting plus commission

We have an opening for an Inside Sales Agent in the magazine publishing industry. The Sales Agent will work within a team and closely with the sales manager to sell advertising space for our monthly publication. They will also maintain our existing client base, grow our current client list to meet goals, (daily, weekly and monthly) and expand client relationships to successfully meet and exceed predetermined departmental and individual goals.


* Meeting and exceeding predetermined monthly goals.
* Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
* Prospecting and establishing new client relationships
* Negotiating rates for predetermined sales guidelines

* Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
* Increase client base based on predetermined monthly goals
* Increase existing client sales revenue (ad size, frequency, and quality).
* Obtain written authorization for all executed sales agreements (i.e. one, three, six and 12-month agreements).
* Meeting and exceeding clients needs and expectations.
* Maintaining complete and accurate records for all client communications

Other duties include but are not limited to:
* Proficient in selling and closing deals by phone and email
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Maintain Client List
* Attain new clients
* Up selling current clients
* Cold calling outbound sales
