The Taunton Press, a multi-media publisher, seeks a detail-oriented individual with 2+ years’ experience in digital media operations to project manage all digital advertising campaigns, including trafficking campaigns, and putting together media plans. Will also help support the Programmatic Sales. Position entails working across several enthusiast brands, including homebuilding, cooking, woodworking, sewing, crafts, and gardening. We require an individual adept at servicing both internal and external parties. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital media strategies, campaigns, and tactics for all franchises. Working hand and hand with Marketing in creating proposals when Advertiser RFP’s come in. Input media proposals and buys within various tracking programs (Media Visor, Prisma, etc.).
• Ad serve digital campaigns through DFP for direct buys as well as programmatic sales.
• Work with direct manager on creating pricing strategies on new program and packages.
• Create schedules of campaign elements across all brands based on Insertion Orders for planning and executing the media buy.
• Work closely with Advertisers and Agencies to provide specs & assets needed. Participate in conference calls as needed to ensure all campaign elements are met, collecting assets, reformatting/building creatives, coordinating all necessary information to the correct parties, and making sure all deadlines are hit internally and externally.
• Communicate with Advertiser/Agency contacts and meeting their expectations/objectives across all brands. Provide screenshots, reporting, optimization recommendations, and troubleshoot client and creative/site issues
• Evaluate campaign success using reporting, optimization, benchmarks, and third party research partners to make recommendations and create upsell opportunities (Google Analytics, comScore, etc.).
• Work alongside Director of Digital Ad Sales Planning on programmatic selling and acquiring prospects for new business.
• Gain certification in Doubleclick Studio & Doubleclick Rich Media by Google to bring Rich Media ad creation in-house and create new, unique media for a premium CPM.
Qualifications:

• 2+ years related experience in digital advertising/marketing operations
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Proficient with Google Analytics, comScore, Doubleclick (DFP Premium), Google Ad Exchange, Google Ad Sense, Cheetahmail, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and Photoshop
• Some knowledge of Social Media insight programs.
• Experience with HTML, Javascript, and other various forms of rich media formats
• Some knowledge of Ad Exchange, Criteo, and Yieldbot
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, creative and analytical
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with any programmatic platforms or Ad Exchanges a plus
