About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our powerful, nimble team of creative professionals, providing immense value to our list of highly-esteemed entertainment clients. The job is based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities will include:
- Develop, own, and execute innovative social media campaigns to build conversation and communities for our clients.
- Oversee day-to-day editorial and content calendars and publish to client social media channels.
- Liaise with our Account and Design teams to facilitate efficient execution.
- Own Community Management with client social media channels on a daily basis, being as much a part of the community as managing it.
- Craft, pitch, and execute strategic social marketing plans for clients.
- Define, along with your team, the best direction for each client to grow and improve on social.
- Liaise with client to ensure we are optimized to meet their business objectives, as well as foster and nurture a healthy partnership.

Requirements:
- Have 3-4 years experience in a professional social media capacity.
- Enjoy and demonstrate skills telling stories, digitally.
- Exhibit strong project and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully.
- Have experience managing social media teams and their various members/roles.
- Feel confident making paid social media strategy recommendations and executing paid campaigns
- Be capable of operating effectively and efficiently in an ever-changing social media environment.
- Have strong multi-tasking skills, and a respect for deadlines.
- Complete tasks independently, as well as be able to delegate to the team for efficiency.
- Love entertainment, and have a finger on the pulse of social media and pop culture: what's new, when to act, smart zeitgeist-seizing ideas, and a passion to be first and the best.
- Have an impeccable work ethic and sense of humor.
- Bring fresh, creative and critical thinking to brainstorm sessions.
