Customer Service Representative
Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will create and nurture long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. The CSR will be the liaison between their clients and the internal departments to ensure their client’s requests are met on-time, as well as satisfy their needs.Responsibilities of the CSR:•Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships •Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to client’s needs and objectives •Traffic all assigned projects through the entire pre-press process, and assure quality, timely communication, and accurate scheduling.•Evaluate and address queries relating to your client’s project•Make effective suggestions to resolve any client issues and/or concernsRequirements:•Prior customer service and/or account management experience preferred but not required •Strong ability to communicate effectively to all levels of our organization, as well as your clients•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs •Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail •Excellent verbal and written communications skills •Computer experience required•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office , Microsoft Outlook•BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred but not requiredPlease send resume and cover letter to: email@example.comNO PHONE CALLS or Agencies.
