Analyst, Operarations & Client Services
The Operations & Client Services Analyst will be responsible for executing new advertising campaigns as assigned and then pro-actively monitor impression delivery and performance per clients' stated (or assumed) goals. Responsible for weekly inventory reports in addition to client reporting and various other internal advertising reports as needed. Re-tag editorial content where necessary to meet advertising obligations; work with Dev, Product, Marketing, Edit, et al as needed to meet ad obligations. Assist in updating SOP’s for Sales Operations workflow on an on-going basis. Testing new ad products prior to on-site launch.Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years of related experience. Experience with Doubleclick DFP & DSM or other ad-server or order-management systems. Familiar with HTML, flash code, various 3rd party creative code, web debugging tools. Proven proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of database tools preferred. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
