Job Summary
Federated Media is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team in New York City. This Human Resources Administrator will serve as the liaison between the client group and the corporate HR and Shared Services/payroll staff, taking responsibility for facilitating the information flow between on site employees and corporate, as well as incorporating relative benefits and policies. This HR Administrator plays a critical role within the business unit, acting as the local HR representative and ensuring business office tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

Job Description
•Maintenance of employee HR files, and employee health & welfare data
•Administer employment-related processes: benefits, onboarding and orientation of new hires, leave-of-absence tracking and processing, and management of payroll documentation
•Assisting managers with effective, consistent resolution of employee performance and disciplinary issues
•Implement and maintain talent development, talent acquisition and onboarding practices
•Providing general business information support to the senior leadership
•Office management responsibilities
•Forecast and analyze headcount

•Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization from the front line employees to senior leadership

•Prior Human Resources experience, facilitating benefits and managing leave administration

Additional Requirements
Fast-paced office environment. Must be able to change directions quickly. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks from multiple sources at one time. Will work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced office environment. Some travel may be required on an occasional basis.
