Promotions Manager, Social Media
The Role:Do you live & breathe social & love promotions? The Social Media Promotions Manager position is responsible for brainstorming, building, launching and marketing national social promotions. These include both Live Nation North America brand as well as artist/tour- specific promotions. The ideal candidate is very social savvy, has experience using social tools and platforms, building promotions, and designing assets for small to large-scale promotions such as tweet-to-wins, flyaways, and interactive campaigns on multiple social platforms. We’re looking for a proactive team-player who is excited to take Live Nation social promotions to the next level!Responsibilities:•Work closely with North America tour marketers, social team, artist teams, partners and other stakeholders on planning, pitching and executing social media promotional campaigns•Key point of contact for social team with legal team; handle all rules request submission, adjustments/updates to promotion tools as needed by legal team; assist with communication to local market teams on social sweeps legal processes•Work with vendors on designing and all deliverables for custom microsite builds; work with our enterprise vendors for platform updates and day-to-day needs•Manage all fulfillment efforts around national sweepstakes, flyaways with legal team, marketers, ticketing and artist teams•Lead local market training of social promotion tools & troubleshooting•Maximize LN promotion engagement/entries through outreach efforts; both via other LN internal teams (email) and influencer outreach to fan communities•Manage relationship with Flyaway partners; submit/pitch requests, handle fulfillment•Update and analyze weekly metrics and provide learning’s at weekly department meeting; provide quarterly reporting for senior management•Monitor trends in social media technologies, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to our social communities•Provide reporting to tour marketers and management on platforms•Identify and integrate brand partners into sweepstakes; prizing and builds Job Requirements : Qualifications:•3-5 years social media / digital marketing experience •Previous experience running marketing campaigns across multiple platforms with multiple stakeholders•Experience working with social tools including application/promotion platforms, publishers; quick learner and tech-savvy with new tools•Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills•Photo/Video editing ability; experience with Photoshop, Final Cut•Experience with HTML, CSS; light coding for promotion builds•Strong project management skills; ability to work well under strict deadlines juggling numerous projects in a very fast-paced environment•Flexibility both with schedule and with responsibilities•Strong interpersonal communication skills, team-player•Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) are a must •Passion for social media, concerts/music is essentialOther Qualifications of interest:•Working knowledge of live entertainment, sports, music, touring, etc. •Community management / copy-writing skills a plus•Experience working with legal teams, fulfillment experience a strong plus•Working with major vendors and brand partners a plus•Experience using social listening tools, web development a plus•Onsite experience live tweeting, capturing content a plus Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
